Doublebass Solos

The work of Zürich-based doublebassist and composer Christian Weber explores the language doublebass, room dynamics and interactions with electronics through improvised compositions. He will play a solo concert with doublebass and one amplifier, and later be joined by New York-based artist Andrew Lafkas (doublebass).

Christian Weber, (b. 1972, Zurich) has performed extensively around the world. He is known for his work with double bass, composition and electronics.
